AI-powered features to enhance personalization and operational efficiency
I championed comprehensive AI integration that goes beyond the standard, limited chatbots common on medical tourism sites. Additionally, I developed internal platform systems to streamline operations and reduce workload for this emerging company.

The Booking Experience
Insights from wireframe testing
Mobile First Approach
Research revealed 87% of users begin searching for medical procedures abroad on mobile before switching to desktop for comparison and booking. Competitor Analysis also revealed that existing medical tourism platforms often have poor mobile experiences. I prioritized creating a considered user-friendly mobile experience for optimal onboarding and address the market gap.

Brand photography that evokes a both adventure and trustworthy care
To create continuity across all brand photography I established Image guidelines that include; color tones & acceptable filters, composition requirements, and do’s and don’ts of usage in design. I also suggested hiring a photographer to shoot all location and provider imagery for better outcomes.
A palette that communicates trust, authority and hope

FHA.com has a simple primary palette meant to evoke a trustworthy medical care setting, while using bright and hopeful accent colors to highlight the feeling ease and empowerment when you experience positive health journeys through FHA.com.
Shipped a complete design system with styles and components
A clearly defined type scale, palette and effect styles were created alongside a robust library of components utilizing variables and properties for optimal ease of use and scalability.
